MediaCom Freight Policy
Our postage and handling rates are in Australian dollars and are automatically calculated for you when you reach the checkout stage.

Postage and handling is charged only once on each order placed. With multiple item orders there is the risk that an item may not be available, in this case the item can be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it is available freight free.  Please see our competitive freight rates which will be automatically charged on your order at the check out stage.

Magazine Subscriptions:
All magazine subscriptions include postage and no further amount will be added.

Seasons of the Spirit:

Overseas Freight Rates
For New Zealand Customers, freight will be calculated at 20% of total value of order, with a minimum freight charge of A$15.00.
For other overseas customers, freight will be calculate at 30% of total value of order, with a minimum freight charge of A$15.00.
Please note that all overseas orders will have Australian GST (10%) deducted if item is not already GST-free.

Damaged Goods
